Samsung has integrated Apple’s file-sharing system into its Quick Share feature on the Galaxy S26 series, allowing users to easily exchange content with Apple devices. The feature is set to be rolled out starting from March 23 in South Korea before being introduced in other regions such as Europe, Hong Kong, Japan, Latin America, North America, Southeast Asia, and Taiwan.
Initially, this functionality will be exclusive to the Galaxy S26 series, with plans to extend compatibility to more devices in the future, although a specific timeline has not been provided by the company. In a similar move last year, Google also launched cross-platform wireless file sharing between Android and Apple devices, starting with the Pixel 10 phones.
