Robert De Niro Urges Unity Against Trump

-

Hollywood star Robert De Niro has strongly voiced his disapproval of President Donald Trump, labeling him as a threat to the nation and encouraging Americans to oppose his leadership. De Niro expressed these sentiments during an appearance on MSNBC’s podcast “The Best People with Nicolle Wallace.” Emotionally, he emphasized the need for unity to remove Trump from power and steer the country back on course.

Reflecting on his past Academy Award speech from 1981, where he expressed gratitude to those around him, De Niro was asked why he consistently aims to uplift others. Overwhelmed with emotion, he stressed the importance of unity and cohesion, highlighting the detrimental impact of division.

Furthermore, De Niro cautioned that Trump’s influence persists and must be met with continuous opposition. He emphasized the necessity for people to remain vigilant and work collectively to counter the enduring remnants of Trump’s movement, emphasizing the significance of neutralizing these forces through active resistance.
