A new song titled “Nari Jay Bari” (Woman Returns Home) has been recently produced as a tribute to women. The lyrics were penned by Shahid Mahmud Jangi, and the music was composed by Pilu Khan. The song features performances by three talented young singers – Somnur Monir Konal, Antora Rahman, and Masha Islam.
The music arrangement for the song was done by Mir Masum, and the animated video was directed by Mir Hisham and Saraf Chishty. The official release date for the song is set for March 8, which coincides with International Women’s Day, and it will be launched by Aajob Records.
Speaking about the inspiration behind the song, Shahid Mahmud Jangi expressed, “Women often spend their lives searching for a place they can truly call home, whether it be their father’s, husband’s, or son’s home. But do they ever find a home that is truly their own? This question forms the essence of ‘Nari Jay Bari’.”
Pilu Khan shared his thoughts, saying, “Having collaborated with Jangi bhai on various songs over the past forty years, I am excited to introduce this new theme. I believe that listeners will appreciate the depth of this song.”
Reflecting on the opportunity to work with industry veterans, Konal stated, “It’s an honor to have sung alongside Jangi bhai and Pilu bhai. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in my musical journey.”

The song “Nari Jay Bari” will be accessible on all major streaming platforms globally starting from March 8, 2026. The music video will be premiered on the Aajob Records YouTube channel and the artists’ social media platforms.
