Free Freelancing Training in 64 Districts with Daily Allowance

Online applications have commenced for the 5th batch of the Freelancing Training Program under the project titled “Employment Generation through Freelancing Training for Educated Job-Seeking Youth.” This initiative aims to equip educated unemployed youth across all 64 districts of Bangladesh with freelancing skills to enhance employment opportunities. The training program will be conducted by E-Learning and Earning Ltd. and will run for a duration of three months, comprising a total of 600 hours of instruction.

Applicants must have successfully completed the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination or an equivalent qualification. Eligible candidates must be between 18 and 35 years of age. Applications are to be submitted online within the specified deadline.

At least 30 percent of participants in each batch will be women. Preference will be given to applicants who possess basic computer knowledge. Additional priority will be given to candidates who own a personal computer or laptop.

Applicants are required to submit a copy of their National ID card or Birth Registration Certificate, a recent passport-sized photograph, and a certificate demonstrating successful completion of HSC or an equivalent examination.

The program offers several benefits to selected trainees. There is no participation fee for the training. Participants will receive a daily transportation allowance of BDT 200. Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks will be provided throughout the training period. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be awarded an official certificate.

The deadline for submitting online applications is March 3, 2026, at 11:59 PM. The written examination is scheduled for March 6, 2026, and details regarding the examination venue and time will be communicated to applicants via SMS. Candidates who pass the written examination will be invited to attend a viva examination on March 7, 2026. The final list of selected candidates will be published on March 10, 2026.
