Alibaba International has unveiled Accio Work, a no-code enterprise AI agent platform aimed at assisting small and medium-sized businesses in automating intricate operational duties without necessitating technical configuration. The platform employs specialized agents to manage tasks such as market analysis, product design, sourcing, compliance, inventory control, and logistics. It is capable of handling VAT filings across more than 100 markets, conducting supplier negotiations, and overseeing marketing and shipping via messaging apps like Telegram and WhatsApp.
The genesis of Accio Work can be traced back to Accio, an AI-driven B2B sourcing engine that debuted in November 2024, as per Alibaba International. The company reports that the original Accio now caters to over 10 million monthly active users worldwide.
By utilizing dynamic orchestration, the system constructs cross-functional teams of agents that operate concurrently on assigned tasks. Users can develop reusable “skills” to standardize or distribute their business procedures. Accio Work leverages real-time consumer trends and transaction data from Alibaba’s e-commerce platforms. The platform incorporates sandboxed environments and mandates explicit user consent for critical actions concerning finances or file access. Users have the option to refrain from storing data on servers.
Accio Work is set to launch on Accio.com by the conclusion of March.
