Uber in Bangladesh has introduced a fresh hybrid subscription scheme for its bicycle operators. As outlined in a press statement, this new system offers drivers the flexibility to select from various subscription plans, empowering them to customize their engagement based on their schedules and income goals, whether they work full-time or part-time. This hybrid model enables drivers to conduct trips without any commission deductions, giving them the opportunity to keep the entire fare amount while subscribing to the platform for a fee, as detailed by the company. This initiative is an extension of Uber’s previous subscription model that was launched in 2023.
