Pacer Shoriful Islam from Bangladesh also made an impact, securing one wicket for 23 runs in his three overs for Peshawar.

In the batting department, Kusal Mendis displayed a stellar performance with a blazing 52-ball 109, while Babar Azam remained unbeaten on 87 off 51 deliveries, propelling Peshawar to a commanding total.
