A missile strike originating from Ukraine resulted in the deaths of two individuals and left three others injured in the Russian city of Belgorod near the border, as reported by regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov. The incident, which occurred at an infrastructure site within the city, caused significant destruction. The injured individuals have been hospitalized, with one in critical condition. The attack also caused severe damage to energy facilities, leading to disruptions in electricity, heating, and water supplies. Additionally, three apartment buildings in Belgorod were impacted by the strike.
