-

The Tigers are making a comeback to Test cricket after a substantial break, gearing up for the first match of their two-game series against Ireland at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium set for Tuesday. Ahead of the series kick-off, the team had a spirited training session under the sunny skies of Sylhet, with a focus on readiness and enthusiasm. Among the players, Mushfiqur Rahim, about to mark his 99th Test appearance, was captured by the cameras. The practice session featured an energetic football match, drawing participation even from spin-bowling coach Saqlain Mushtaq. Notably, newly-appointed batting coach Mohammad Ashraful was seen imparting advice, while outgoing senior assistant coach Mohammad Salahuddin continued his hands-on coaching style. Meanwhile, pace bowling coach Shaun Tait was actively engaged, providing guidance to the fast bowlers. Photographs courtesy of Firoz Ahmed.
