Samorita Hospital has announced a profit of Tk 1.35 crore for the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2025, marking an 11% increase compared to the previous year. The company’s earnings per share (EPS) for the fiscal year stood at Tk 0.62, up from Tk 0.56 in the previous year. However, the net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) for the same period decreased to Tk 1.72 from Tk 2.04.
The hospital’s board of directors has proposed a 5% cash dividend for the fiscal year, the same as the previous year. In a separate report, the EPS for the period of July to September 2025 rose to Tk 0.69 from Tk 0.25 in the corresponding period of 2024. The NOCFPS for the quarter also increased to Tk 1.61 from Tk 0.53 in the previous year.
According to data from the Dhaka Stock Exchange, as of September 30, 2025, sponsor-directors collectively held 44.60% of the company’s shares, while institutional investors held 12.02%, foreign investors held 0.01%, and the general public held 43.37%.
