Pakistani security forces reported eliminating 33 militants attempting to infiltrate from Afghanistan during the night, with the military labeling them as “Indian-sponsored.” The militants were confronted and neutralized with precise firepower, according to a statement from the military’s public relations unit, which also disclosed the recovery of weapons, ammunition, and explosives. A search mission is currently ongoing to track down and eliminate any remaining insurgents, as stated by the military. Pakistan frequently asserts that the Afghan Taliban government ignores militant activities close to the border. In response, Kabul refutes these allegations. Pakistan and India, neighboring countries armed with nuclear capabilities and a history of conflict, regularly accuse each other of supporting insurgents. However, New Delhi denies any involvement in backing militants within Pakistan.
