Mercantile Bank PLC unveiled its premium banking service called “Mercantile Priority Zenith” at the MBL Centre situated on Satmasjid Road in Dhanmondi. The inauguration ceremony was led by Mati Ul Hasan, the managing director of Mercantile Bank PLC, who emphasized the significance of this launch in the bank’s commitment towards customer-focused excellence. The newly introduced exclusive segment aims to provide a high level of privacy, top-notch service quality, and a specialized team dedicated to addressing intricate financial requirements with personalized attention.
During the event, Md Zahid Hossain, the deputy managing director and chief business officer, delivered a welcoming speech outlining his vision for the new center. The grand opening was well-attended by numerous bank customers. Notable figures present at the ceremony included Shamim Ahmed and Ashim Kumar Saha, both deputy managing directors; Shah Md Sohel Khurshid, Mohammad Iqbal Rezwan, and Md Abdul Halim, senior executive vice-presidents; as well as Ashim Kumar Saha, the head of retail banking, alongside divisional heads from the head office, branch managers, and other senior bank officials.
