AK Ratul, the late lead singer of the well-known Bangladeshi rock group Owned, was also recognized in the music industry for his talent as a skilled producer, having produced many successful albums and singles for fellow rock bands. His unexpected death on July 27 deeply saddened music enthusiasts and musicians nationwide. Recently, his brother A K Rahul revealed that Live2Web has honored his memory by dedicating a studio named the A K Ratul Studio. Expressing gratitude, A K Rahul posted: “Thank you Live2Web. Thank you Hasi. This gesture holds immense significance for our family.” Ratul, the son of the iconic Bangladeshi actor Abul Khayer Jashim Uddin, commonly known as Jashim, passed away in his mid-thirties, leaving a lasting musical legacy that continues to inspire, alongside his brothers, A K Rahul and A K Samee, who are also prominent figures in the rock music realm.
