HBO Max, the primary streaming service by Warner Bros Discovery, has officially launched in Bangladesh, along with 14 other countries, including Cambodia, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Ukraine. This service offers a wide range of top-tier entertainment to local viewers.
Viewers in Bangladesh can now access popular series like “Game of Thrones,” “House of the Dragon,” “The Last of Us,” and “The Penguin,” as well as blockbuster movies such as “Superman,” “A Minecraft Movie,” and the complete collections of “Harry Potter” and “The Lord of the Rings.” Additionally, well-loved Discovery shows like “Deadliest Catch” and “Gold Rush,” along with family favorites “Tom and Jerry” and “Looney Tunes,” are part of the platform’s content. Iconic sitcoms like “Friends” and “The Big Bang Theory” are set to be added to the platform in January 2026.
The platform is set to debut “IT: Welcome to Derry” on October 27, expanding the Stephen King universe, and upcoming releases will include “M3GAN 2.0” and “Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning.”
Bangladeshi viewers have the option to select from two subscription plans: the Standard package priced at $4.99 per month and the Premium plan at $7.49 per month, providing Full HD and 4K streaming choices.
