Fifteen technology firms hailing from Asia, Africa, Europe, and North America have united to form the Trusted Tech Alliance (TTA), a new coalition dedicated to advancing a more secure and transparent global technology environment. The coalition, which was officially unveiled on February 13, 2026, at the Munich Security Conference, boasts a lineup of prominent members such as Anthropic, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Cassava Technologies, Cohere, Ericsson, Google Cloud, Hanwha, Jio Platforms, Microsoft, Nokia, Nscale, NTT, Rapidus, Saab, and SAP.
The alliance represents a diverse range of companies across the technology spectrum, including connectivity providers, cloud infrastructure operators, semiconductor manufacturers, software developers, and artificial intelligence (AI) firms. In a collective statement, the founding members outlined a set of shared principles aimed at defining the characteristics of a “trusted” technology provider, irrespective of their origin. These principles encompass commitments to upholding corporate governance and ethical standards, ensuring operational transparency, implementing secure development methodologies, overseeing supply chain management, upholding the rule of law, and safeguarding data privacy.
The TTA intends to grow its membership base and collaborate on establishing common international standards for an interoperable and open technology infrastructure. Additionally, the group aims to support both domestic and cross-border initiatives to bolster technological independence, resilience, and competitiveness in an increasingly fragmented global technological landscape.
