“Fire Engulfs Rickshaw Garage and Shanties in Dhaka”

A blaze erupted at a rickshaw garage and extended to nearby shanties in the Kuratoli Bazar located on Kuril Bishwa Road in Dhaka. Upon receiving reports of the fire at 7:38 pm, four firefighting teams arrived at the scene to extinguish the flames, as confirmed by Khaleda Yasmin, the duty officer at the Fire Service and Civil Defence Headquarters control room. The exact reason for the fire remains unknown at this time. Thankfully, there were no casualties reported in the incident.
