Chorki is gearing up to unveil its latest original web film titled “Little Miss Chaos” on October 9th. Directed by Mahmuda Sultana Rima, this romantic dramedy is scheduled to debut at 12:01 am on the streaming service.
Under the banner of Sensation Condoms Presents “Little Miss Chaos”, the movie showcases a lineup of emerging talents, including Hosne Ara Ali Nargis, Deepa Khandakar, Rafiul Quader Rubel, Sadika Swarna, Mohammad Badal Shikder, Nahin Shafiq, and Fariha Rahman. The narrative primarily revolves around three characters – Ira, Maruf, and their circle of friends – portrayed by a fresh ensemble of actors.
“Ira” is the focal point of “Little Miss Chaos”, characterized as a trendy and somewhat disordered young woman who conceals her inner struggles behind a facade of style and self-assurance. The role of Ira is embodied by Sadnima Binte Noman, making her inaugural appearance in a web film.
Expressing her thoughts on the character, Sadnima remarked, “This storyline will resonate with today’s youth. It encapsulates romance, humor, and wit in a light-hearted manner.”
Maruf, Ira’s fellow university student, hails from a well-to-do background but opts to work at a food stand to maintain his independence. His composed and grounded demeanor starkly contrasts with Ira’s dynamic energy, resulting in both friction and chemistry between them.
Actor Saad Salmi Naovi, who portrays Maruf, characterized the film as “a blend of amusement, drama, mischief, romance, and camaraderie.”
Director Mahmuda Sultana Reema, transitioning from television and short-form productions, makes her web film debut with “Little Miss Chaos”. She envisions it as a romantic dramedy delving into the emotional upheavals of urban existence.
“In the midst of our bustling metropolitan environment, everyone carries remnants of past trauma and baggage,” Reema commented. “This film explores seeking solace and establishing connections amid that turmoil.”
Reema crafted the storyline and dialogues, while Writers’ City collaborated on the screenplay.
The cast also includes Crystal D’Rozario and Ayesha Khan as Ira’s companions, with Tamzid Tanmoy taking on the role of Maruf’s confidant.
“Little Miss Chaos” captures the journey of young city dwellers navigating through love, uncertainty, and self-discovery, presented through dynamic performances and contemporary storytelling.
The film is slated for an exclusive release on Chorki on October 9th.
