The Minister of Land, Mizanur Rahman Minu, announced yesterday that the government is working on implementing one-stop service centers nationwide to alleviate public difficulties associated with complex and irregular land-related services. The plan for these service centers is inspired by systems adopted in advanced nations.
Minister Minu stressed that the primary goal of modernizing the land ministry is to provide smooth services for the general public. He highlighted the longstanding challenges faced by citizens who have had to navigate multiple offices during various land-related procedures, leading to inconvenience, harassment, and avoidable delays. The minister shared these insights with journalists during a gathering at a community center in Rajshahi city.
