The ensemble cast features Max Parker as Heimdall, Ólafur Darri Ólafsson as Thor, Mandy Patinkin as Odin, Alastair Duncan as Mimir, Danny Woodburn and Jeff Gulka as the siblings Brok and Sindri, and Ed Skrein as Baldur.
Ronald D Moore is credited as the writer, executive producer, and showrunner under Tall Ship Productions, with Frederick E O Toye slated to direct the initial two episodes.
The production is a collaboration between Sony Pictures Television, Amazon MGM Studios, PlayStation Productions, and Tall Ship Productions.
