“Bangladesh Nationalist Party Urges Restraint and Prayers”

The leadership of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) is urging restraint and nationwide prayers instead of public celebrations as they anticipate winning the 13th national election. BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman has instructed leaders and activists at all levels to engage in special prayers nationwide following Juma prayers today. Additionally, he has advised party members against arranging any victory rallies or gatherings throughout the country. The directive was communicated by the press secretary of the BNP chairman, Saleh Shibly.
