“Rab to Deploy Helicopters in Remote Rangamati for Election”

Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) helicopters will be utilized in remote regions of Rangamati during the upcoming national election to address specific requirements, as stated by Rab Company Commander Md Saifur Rahman today.

The announcement was made during a press briefing held at Rangamati Government College grounds this afternoon.

Rahman emphasized that the Rab unit is dedicated to ensuring peace throughout the mountainous district, with both uniformed personnel and intelligence teams striving to reach all accessible areas.

“We have a dedicated patrol team operating around the clock. In case voters encounter any challenges or feel insecure about voting, we are committed to providing assistance,” he assured.

Furthermore, Rahman highlighted that Rab activities will adhere to the electoral code of conduct outside polling stations and expressed optimism for a smooth election process.
