The unveiling ceremony of the official trophy for the upcoming ODI series between Bangladesh and West Indies took place today at the historical Lalbagh Kella in Dhaka, with the iconic Pori Bibir Mazar as the backdrop. Bangladesh team captain Mehidy Hasan Miraz and West Indies skipper Shai Hope participated in the event, revealing the coveted series trophy. This ceremony was organized under the cricket tourism initiative by the Bangladesh Cricket Board, in collaboration with the Bangladesh Tourism Board, with the goal of showcasing the country’s cultural heritage through cricket. The three-game ODI series is scheduled to kick off on October 18 at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur.
