Bangladesh Jewellers Association announces gold price reduction

Gold prices are expected to decrease today (November 16) following an announcement by the Bangladesh Jewellers Association (Bajus) of a reduction in rates. The Bajus disclosed that gold will now be priced at Tk 208,272 per bhori, marking a decrease of Tk 5,446 or 2.54 percent from the previous rate of Tk 213,719 per bhori observed during the past two days. This adjustment comes after the association had recently raised the prices of gold, reaching a record high of Tk 217,381 per bhori on October 20.
