Robi Elite, the loyalty program of Robi Axiata PLC, has entered into a strategic partnership with Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited, the leading brand in paint and coating solutions in the country. The collaboration’s objective is to enhance the home renovation experience for Robi Elite members by providing exclusive discounts on Berger’s premium painting and interior design services. This initiative aims to deliver a superior and convenient experience with added value for customers.
The memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed by AKM Sadeque Nawaj, the chief business officer of Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited, and Shihab Ahmad, the chief commercial officer of market operations at Robi Axiata PLC, during a ceremony in Dhaka. As per the agreement, Robi Elite members will benefit from special discounts of up to 25% on various premium services offered by Berger, including Express Painting Services for interior and exterior, FurniFab for furniture painting, Illusions for texture painting, service charges, and design consultancy from Berger Design Studio for complete interior solutions.
The signing ceremony was attended by Md Showkat Kader Chowdhury, the head of marketing at Robi Axiata PLC; Manik Lal Das, the director of customer value solutions; Sayed Shorif Russel, the category head of Berger Paints; and Shabbir Ahmad, the general sales manager of corporate sales and service. Additionally, senior officials from both organizations were also present at the event.
