Indirect discussions between Israel and Hamas in Egypt have shown a positive outlook, according to two sources familiar with the Palestinian group’s negotiators. The talks, which lasted about four hours during the initial round, were described as constructive by one of the sources. They further mentioned that the negotiations are expected to continue around midday. Another Palestinian insider verified that the talks will recommence in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, on Tuesday.
