IFIC Bank PLC has introduced a new ATM booth at the premises of the Bangladesh Knitwear Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BKMEA) in Chashara, Narayanganj. This initiative aims to enhance the efficiency and speed of financial transactions for IFIC Bank customers.
The inauguration of the ATM booth was a joint effort by Md Mehmood Husain, the chairman of IFIC Bank PLC, and Mohammad Hatem, the president of the Bangladesh Knitwear Manufacturers and Exporters Association. This event took place on Wednesday, as stated in a press release.
With the installation of this new ATM booth, IFIC Bank customers now have the convenience of various services such as cash withdrawals, fund transfers to IFIC or other banks’ accounts and cards, balance inquiries, mini-statement requests, card activations, PIN changes, and other ATM-related services.
The press release emphasized IFIC Bank’s dedication to enhancing customer convenience through such advancements, contributing to the ongoing digital transformation within the financial sector of the country.
Notable figures present at the event included Syed Mansur Mustafa, the managing director of the bank; Md Monitur Rahman, the deputy managing director, chief information officer, and chief risk officer; Helal Ahmed, the head of operations; and Abdur Rahman, the chief manager of the Narayanganj branch.
Additionally, Fazlee Shamim Ehsan, the executive president of BKMEA; Amal Podder, the senior vice-president; Mohammad Morshed Sarwar, the vice-president (finance); and Mohammad Rashed, the vice-president, attended the event alongside other senior officials from both IFIC Bank and BKMEA.
