Bangladesh’s Merchandise Exports Decline Third Month

-

Merchandise exports in Bangladesh have declined for the third consecutive month. Data from the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) reveals that in October, exports dropped by 7.43% to $3.82 billion primarily due to weaker performance in garment shipments. Despite this decline, exports for the July-October period showed a year-on-year increase of 2.22%, reaching $16.13 billion according to the latest EPB figures.
