There were tears, almost, on Love Island on Tuesday night as Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu made her mark.
The bombshell took three of the guys on a date, leaving the girls rattled. Curtis Pritchard, Scott Thomas and Ronnie Vint were the chosen ones leaving their current partners a little worried.
In fact, India Reynolds and Elma Pazar were the most bothered – to the point one of them appeared to be tearful. Elma claimed she was going to cry, a comment later repeated by India.
Elma also said she was experiencing heart palpitations, wondering how she was going to sleep. She wasted no time in questioning Ronnie after the date, wanting to see where his head was at.
But fans couldn’t understand how moments on from them pairing up and just a day into the show, Elma was already panicking about Ronnie being stolen from her. Fans questioned what they could possibly have missed for Elma, and India, to be so stressed hours into the series kicking off.
One viewer posted on X: “Is Elma crying over Ronnie??? Girl stand up.” Another said: “Elma crying,” as a third added: “Elma crying over Ronnie on day one.”
The comments kept on coming with one reading: “Elma hasn’t even known Ronnie for 24 hrs and she’s already spiralling over him.” Another added: “Elma crying about RONNIE on day two… girl.” A further comment said: “How am I gonna sleep? Elma it hasn’t been 24hrs babe.”
It comes amid the news of a second bombshell entering the villa, with a clash on the horizon. Following in the footsteps off Scott van-der-Sluis, Casey will be trying his luck at finding love for a third time.
The 28-year-old rose to fame on the 2023 winter series of the show and returned for the first edition of All Stars last year. When asked why he wanted to return again, he said: “Getting to go in within the first few days of the show, I feel like I’ve got such a big opportunity to find someone and hopefully come out of the Villa potentially with a girlfriend.”
The star says he’s looking for something with ‘matching’ energy. Speaking of green flags he looks out for, he added: “Having the same interests. They’ve got to be very health conscious, we’ve got to be working out together, I think that’s a massive thing for me. I’m super into my fitness.”
