With a career spanning over three decades, Shah Rukh, a prominent figure in Bollywood, shared the Best Actor recognition with Vikrant Massey, lauded for his exceptional performance in “12th Fail”, which also secured the Best Hindi Film award.
Actress Rani Mukerji clinched her debut National Award for Best Actress for her impactful depiction in “Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway”, inspired by a real-life custody dispute.
Esteemed Malayalam actor Mohanlal was honored with the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award, the top accolade in Indian cinema, acknowledging his remarkable journey encompassing 350 films since his inception in 1978.
Actor Vicky Kaushal, renowned for his portrayal in Sam Bahadur, was acknowledged with the Best Feature Film on National Integration award.
Furthermore, filmmaker Karan Johar secured the award for Best Popular Film Providing Wholesome Entertainment for his star-studded family drama Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.
