Martin Lewis posts X-rated outtake that’s so rude it wasn’t shared on TV

-

Martin Lewis has shared an X-rated outtake which was deemed too rude to feature on Taskmaster’s New Year Treat.

Thankfully, it was fine to post on TikTok – as the short clip has left many laughing. The money saving tipster has become a fan favourite after appearing on the Channel 4 show’s festive special.

His appearance featured the kind of nerdy monologues we’ve grown to know and love with Martin, which is probably another reason he’s amassed more than 930,000 followers on the social media platform.

Channel 4’s unconventional gameshow usually begins with the Prize Task which requires contestants to bring in an item, to fit a theme, which the winner of the show will get to take home at the end of the episode. And the one Martin brought in was rather rude.

Addressing his fans, he said: “Taskmaster Outtake! OK here’s a bit they didn’t show from my outing on the New Year’s special of the comedy show (understandably, it’s rude, beware). It was about the ‘Bring in the source of the biggest pride’ task. Yet @taskmaster kindly sent it me so I could post it, so what the hell….”

In the clip, Martin revealed his greatest source of pride is his daughter, but what he goes on to describe is world’s apart from what the money saving guru’s typical daytime audience might expect.

Martin said: “I thought very long and hard about this and the spelling of source, was S-O-U-R-C-E, not S-A-U-C-E. I then went to my biggest pride and joy, my daughter, and I thought about the source of your greatest pride. I thought about getting a specimen jar with some flour and water and decided not to do that,” he laughed.

Comedian Greg Davies, who hosts the show, said: “I think what Martin is saying, is he considered making counterfeit semen.”

Martin’s attempts at conquering the show went down a treat with his fans. One said: “I adored you on this episode!” Meanwhile, others said they were “not expecting that” from the consumer expert.
