Evaly, a leading e-commerce platform, has signed a formal agreement with SkyTech Solutions, an international customer support provider based in Bangladesh and the United States.
The memorandum of understanding (MOU) signing ceremony was held at Evaly’s office in Dhaka on Monday.
SkyTech Solutions Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Musnad E Ahmed and Evaly CEO Mohammad Rassel, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations.
Under this agreement, Evaly customers will get 24/7 customer support through SkyTech Solutions’ international standard, well organized, and proven platform. This deal reached a new milestone and further enriched the customer support for Evaly’s customers.
