Dyson and Shark can charge hundreds for a new vacuum, and it will still set you back quite a bit for a second-hand one, but Amazon has an alternative for £90. The Powerffy Cordless Vacuum Cleaner is currently £89.99 on Amazon with absolutely glowing reviews from shoppers.

The vacuum cleaner offers two adjustable modes with a maximum suction power of 30Kpa, which can easily handle dust, debris, pet hair, cat litter, dog food, and more. The vacuum cordless brush head supports 0° to 180° left and right rotation and 0° to 90° up and down rotation while the bright LED headlight can illuminate corners, and the hidden dust has nowhere to go.
It’s a brilliant alternative if you have been looking for a cheaper Dyson vacuum – and reviewers have fallen in love with the device. One reviewer said: “This cordless vacuum looked good, it had a variety of tools in the box and a spare filter so a big bonus. The vacuum is sturdy and well made, plus was easy to assemble.
“This cordless vacuum was also light enough to manoeuvre around for ease of cleaning and compact for storage as it comes with a bracket to hang it and place on the wall. The performance is pretty good, it’s easy to move, is lightweight, plus there are two different settings for the suction power from low to high.
“It works well on flat surfaces, but I would have liked a little more suction power on my carpets although it still picked up what was needed and was easy to empty.”
However, the reviewer did complain about the battery draining quickly. They added: “If you use this vacuum on the higher setting you will drain the battery quickly and will need to keep charging it. This is the only thing I can say may be an issue. But apart from that, it’s a good cordless vacuum.”

It has absolutely glowing reviews but is quite a bit more that the Powerffy but you’ll get the reliance of the Shark brand with a 5-year guarantee.
