ABM Abdus Sattar Named Principal Secretary to PM

ABM Abdus Sattar, a former secretary, has been named as the principal secretary to the prime minister on a contract for a duration of one year. The Ministry of Public Administration released an official announcement through a gazette notification recently. Having held significant positions in the civil service previously, Sattar is now set to take on the top administrative role in the Prime Minister’s Office. His most recent role was as the private secretary to BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman before this new appointment.
